Hartwell Practice was founded in Sibiu in 2011 by people who live here, work here, and have no intention of going anywhere.
More Than a Decade of Local Knowledge
Sibiu is an unusual city — compact enough to feel like a village, sophisticated enough to attract serious professionals and international visitors. Hartwell Practice grew up alongside it. When we opened our doors in 2011, the city was midway through a decade of transformation, and we watched that change from the inside. We've advised clients through economic shifts, regulatory changes, and the specific challenges that come with living and working in a medium-sized Romanian city rather than Bucharest or Cluj. That accumulated local knowledge is not something you can look up — it comes from simply being here, consistently, for over a decade.

Your appointment starts when it is scheduled to start. We hold a buffer between bookings precisely so that one overrun does not cascade through the day and keep the next client waiting.
Discretion
Sibiu is a small city. Many of our clients know each other. We maintain strict confidentiality as a matter of professional ethics and personal principle — never as a selling point to be leveraged.
Follow-Through
We do what we say we will do, by the date we say we will do it. When unexpected delays arise, we notify you proactively — not when you chase us.
